What we offer
Experimental Design
We perform experimental design for your breeding program at different stages. We design experiments that consider spacial variation to maximize statistical power with limited resources. We also help optimize the breeding pipelines by integrating marker-assisted selection and genomic prediction.
Association Analysis
We perform linkage mapping, including map construction and QTL mapping, for species of multiple ploid levels to identify genomic regions associated with traits of interest. We also perform genome-wise association analysis in diversity panels for candidate gene enrichment.
Breeding Selection
We provide analysis for marker-assisted selection for breeding projects that target at one or more loci of interest. Both foreground and background selection can be applied with reasonable genotype information. We perform genomic prediction for quantitative traits based on pedigree, genetic relationship and genome-wide marker data.
